Here is a brief analysis about  history of the UEFA(Union of European Football Association).As we know UEFA is a one of the six continental governing body of world's largest football association FIFA. It was founded on June 15 ,1954 after the consultation between three countries Italy,Belgium and France. Its headquarters were located in Paris until 1959 later on it was transfered to Bern. Since 1995 it is located in Nyon, Switzerland. The first General Secretary was Henry Delaunay and the first President was Ebbe Schwartz. At present Michel Platini holds the presidential seat. Initially there were only 25 members in the UEFA, later on the count became twice by the year 1990. Two Asian countries are also the member of UEFA which are previously the part of Asian Foootball League.

The upcoming UEFA Champions league is scheduled to get kicked off by 19Sept 2012. League teams Malaga and Zenit will take on for the commencement of the league matches.
